Canvas Art Direct comply fully with UK, Distance Selling Regulations meaning that you the customer are entitled to a full refund for any reason within seven days of purchase providing that arrangements have been made for the return of goods. Refund will be made upon our receipt of goods in their original condition and packaging. We are also more than happy to exchange or give a full refund for any faulty goods providing the damage is the fault of the manufacturer (Canvas Art Direct) and is reported to us within 7 days of you the customer receiving the goods.

Please note that all our art is completely hand painted and not the result of any form of printing process. Like any hand crafted item this will result in certain irregularities that may be result in the item purchased having slight differences to the photographed item listed. As a result any item purchased will be unique in some small way although equally good in terms of quality of work - this is not regarded as a manufacturing fault. Refunds in these circumstances are given solely at sellers discretion.

Shipping times cannot be guaranteed - although most UK customers get their canvas in 10 to 14 working days from despatch. Please understand that we don't work 24 hours a day and neither do couriers. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs or be held liable for delays in shipping and neither Canvas Art Direct nor any of its staff can be held liable for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the delay of the delivery of a painting purchased from us.

Optional Postal Insurance only covers loss or damage to the goods during transit and does not guarantee delivery time. Whilst we always aim to get your purchase to you in good time we CANNOT promise to deliver a painting to a set deadline or in time for a special occasion.

Please note that under UK law the Distance Selling Regulations apply ONLY to business to customer transactions. In the event of a problem arising with a business to business transaction (i.e. any transaction between our company and your company) resolution will be made by the goodwill and discretion of our staff.
